So...we were watching American Idol last night and Adam Lambert's parents were answering the question of "Where do you think Adam got his voice?". His dad said something along the lines that he didn't sleep through the night until he was 18 months old and screamed for hours on end! Well, if that's any indication, I think we're raising the Next American Idol :) We had two really good nights last week of 9 hours through the night. She spoiled us with that and hasn't slept more than 4 the last several. On the other hand, she has been fairly good during the day eating what she should and going down for her naps. I guess I should take what I can get. I keep waiting for that magic day when she suddenly sleeps 7-8 hours at night and keeps doing it :)
This pic is from Cheryl's (Joe's mom, aka Nanna) retirement party we attended at her school. There were so many people there, including the lady the school is named after (how cool is that?)! They all were oooing and awwwing over Amelia and recognized her right away. I guess there has been some circulation of her pics and possibly even a mandatory staff meeting at some point announcing her to everyone :P Congrats on your retirement Nanna!

That is so funny because I was watching American Idol when they said that about Adam and I immediately thought of you Jennifer and how everyone thinks you are such a good singer - so now Amelia is also in training and she already has that cute nickname - "Millie G"
